Our Plants and Gardens: Resources for wellness and healing

Workshop

We will explore;

  • the healing qualities of plant life, for our physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing.
  • how connecting with the soil is a resource for creating a deeper connection with our core selves and a potential for healing.
  • imagery exercises using the basics of gardening as metaphors for self-care, nurture, growth and spiritual connection.

This is a weekend with a blend of theory, mindful reflection, rest and experiential work.

Bring a rainproof coat, a pair of boots and garden gloves. Open to all.
