In the midst of our daily lives, it is easy to lose touch with what truly matters. This retreat offers an opportunity to pause and reflect on life’s deeper questions. What does it mean to be fully alive? Where do we find joy, hope and fulfilment? What gives our lives meaning and purpose? Where is God quietly present in the story of our lives? During this retreat, you will be invited to journey into the quiet, to listen more deeply to the whispers of your own soul and to reconnect with yourself, with your God and with the mystery and beauty of life. Through silence, prayer, scripture and reflection, space will be offered to notice the sacred woven through our everyday lives and to uncover ways of appreciating our lives as gift.
