Our Plants and Gardens: Resources for wellness and healing

 During this three day workshop/retreat we will explore;

  • The healing qualities of plant life, for our physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing.
  • Characteristics of plants and the importance of trees in a garden.
  •  Principles of Garden Design. Letting nature have its way and having your input.
  • How connecting with the soil is a resource for creating a deeper connection with our core selves and a potential for healing.
  • Imagery exercises using the basics of gardening as metaphors for self-care, nurture, growth and spiritual connection.

This is a retreat with a blend of theory, mindful reflection, rest and experiential work.
