Plants and Trees for healing and wellbeing. Getting the most from our plants and trees. A time to rest with nature.

Short Retreat

In this time of eco- awareness and challenges to our environment, at so many levels, we take a moment to see the true benefit of plants all around us. We will look at indoor plants and trees outdoors as resources for physical, spiritual and psychological well-being.

We will explore:

  • Characteristics of indoor plants and the importance of trees in a garden.
  • The healing qualities of indoor plants and herbs.
  • How through mindful visualisation exercises and physical contact with plants and trees we can use them for healing, self-care, nurture, growth, spiritual connection and wellness in our lives.  True friends.

Bring a rainproof coat, a pair of boots.

Open to all.
