Spiritual Rest – An introduction to the experience of Ballyvaloo. Mid-Week Package (Two Nights)

On Solid Ground -Embracing new beginnings and growth with ease in challenging times. (6 hours CPD for attendance at retreat sessions) Short Retreat

Using the season of spring as a metaphor to notice and be present to ourselves as we take that first important step for change and growth in our lives.

Michael will lead some gentle reflections supporting us to be present to the circumstances of our lives right now.

Note: These days are for people of all beliefs and none. They are designed to offer you a space in which to let go, rest, reflect on your life at this moment in time and recharge. As you do so, we invite you to experience what Ballyvaloo has to offer, with beautiful grounds for walking, especially 11km of sandy beach, wholesome food, a comfortable ensuite bedroom room for rest and some calming spaces, to sit in peace. We will also offer you spiritual and psychological support with short guided input around various themes and meditations led during the day. You will have plenty of time for your own space and if you do not wish to attend sessions, that is ok too. We do not provide mass during the days but you will have access to our beautiful prayer room with the blessed sacrament present if you wish to avail of it.
