Spring – Embracing new beginnings and growth with ease.

Short Retreat, Workshop

Using the season of spring as a metaphor for taking that first small step for change and growth in our lives.

Michael will explore how we can be present to the circumstances of our lives right now, not be paralysed or overwhelmed by them and make the small, possible changes that we need for psychological and spiritual wellbeing.

He will use mindfulness based self-compassion techniques for calming the inner critic, explore relevant developments in neuro science and how our emotional regulation systems work for and against us as we unpack challenges to change in our lives.  We will use nature, our own inner resources, music, reflections and movement to explore this opportunity together.
