The retreat will be open to men from all backgrounds, walks of life and sexual orientation.
The intention is to create a weekend where men can step away from the demands of everyday life, put down some of the roles and responsibilities they carry, and have space to rest, move, breathe and connect with other men.
Across the weekend we will explore
This weekend is about giving yourself the time and space to slow down, reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and remember the value of real connection.
Through movement, breath, nature, conversation and rest, you’ll have the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, put down the roles we so often carry, and simply spend time being yourself alongside other men.
Sometimes the smallest changes—a conversation, a deep breath, time in nature, or a moment of stillness—can have the greatest impact, helping us return to ourselves with greater clarity, presence and intention.

Ché Fegan is a breathwork and mindfulness coach, Energy worker, Sound bowl facilitator and Massage therapist. Ché’s holistic journey took off when he moved to Australia feeling disconnected from friends and family created a lot of anxiety and stress. This started an inward journey to try and discover a way to find contentment in his own self worth, healing from past trauma and how to embrace the complexity of everyday life.
Peter Duffy, The Mindset Explorer Mind-Body Specialist
Peter specializes in addressing chronic pain and symptoms by focusing on the often-overlooked root cause: a dysregulated nervous system. This imbalance is primarily caused by emotional and psychological factors like unresolved trauma, chronic stress, and repressed emotions. These factors create neuroplastic changes in the brain, rewiring it in a way that can generate, intensify, and prolong symptoms.
With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist and certifications in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Compassionate Inquiry, Peter has dedicated the past five years to working exclusively with individuals facing chronic pain and emotional trauma. He also leads transformative REWILDING workshops across Canada and Ireland, designed to restore balance within our own inner ecosystems.
