Fr. Frank Downes is a Dominican friar who is trained in both the Dominican and Ignatian traditions. For many years he has and continues to minister in spiritual direction and retreats. He spent some years as a hospital and palliative care chaplain. Presently he is a confessor at Our Lady’s Shrine, Knock.
